Meet the Visionary
Hi! I’m Leana Manuel
the person behind Visions by Luna
I’ve spent years learning how people grow, change, and make sense of their lives.
That’s why I don’t choose between psychology, coaching, and spirituality. I bring them together.
How I integrate
psychology + spirituality
Long before I began working with tarot and spiritual guidance,
I was already deeply interested in people.
…in how we learn, how we grow, what shapes the way we see ourselves and the world, and what helps us create meaningful change.
That’s why my professional background is in:
personal development coaching
leadership coaching
mental health mentorship
human-centered learning design
organizational development
Tarot and spirituality taught me to access my intuition and connect to something greater than ourselves.
It gave me language and practices for exploring the parts of our experience that our everyday, physical selves may not always know how to explain.
I learned that we shouldn’t limit ourselves to what we can see, analyze, or explain intellectually.
I believe we are multilayered beings that require a variety of tools, modalities, and perspectives.
That’s why, I bring together coaching, psychology-informed self-awareness, tarot, energy work, and spiritual guidance.
How I work with you
Here’s my promise:
You won’t become dependent on me.
I want our work together to help you develop the
confidence
awareness
agency
to navigate your life for yourself

Depending on what you need,
I may wear different hats in our work together:
LISTENER
I genuinely hear you and create space for you to talk through what you're experiencing.
MENTOR
I share what I've learned through my experiences and the years I've spent doing this work.
CHEERLEADER
I believe in your capacity and remind you of what you may lose sight of when things get difficult.
COACH
I help you turn insight into action and work through the practical steps of making change.
MIRROR
I reflect back what I notice so you can see patterns or connections you may not have noticed yourself.
TEACHER
I introduce concepts, knowledge, and new ways of understanding yourself and your situation.
CHALLENGER
I lovingly question beliefs, assumptions, or patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
INTUITIVE GUIDE
I bring in spiritual insight to explore what may not be accessible through conversation alone.
I don't have to be just one of these things.
I listen first, understand what's happening, and then draw on whichever perspective or approach will be most useful.
The goal isn't for me to give you all the answers.
It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop your own clarity and discernment, and become more confident in your ability to make the choices that shape your life.
What clients say
Read about the experiences of clients who felt seen, supported, and understood, and who found clarity, meaningful insights, and a renewed sense of trust in themselves and their path.
My first reading with Luna was quite an experience, to say the least.
Let me start with Luna herself, she brought a warm and genuine energy to our reading. I felt an instant connection with her and knew that I was in a safe space.
I was blown away by how spot on she was with parts of my life and experienced a lightbulb moment - which made previous readings make sense. Luna’s guidance on the path I was starting gave me renewed clarity and strength for the journey.
I also appreciate the balanced and grounded approach she took, and grateful for the insights she shared. I know it wasn’t a coincidence when I saw Luna on Facebook and felt the urge to reach out to her. I look forward to our next session!

I appreciate the care and thought you’ve put into creating a space for clarity and reflection for the coming year.
What you’ve said resonated deeply and gave me a clearer perspective on where I am and where I’m being guided.
Looking forward to a nonlinear progress this year, though slow paced as you mentioned, but filled with introspection and growth. I’ll be mindful of the signs and messages from the universe, will stay open, and will consciously work on removing the blockages that no longer serve me.
Thank you again for sharing your gift. Will be carrying those insights with me as I move into the year ahead, with more clarity, patience, and trust in the process.

Your energy was calming, grounded, and full of hope.
I know much of what came through is still for the future, so I can’t say yet how it will unfold—but the overall experience left me feeling empowered and supported.
I’m also aware that I play a big role in shaping what’s ahead, and I see your reading as a guidepost along the way. Grateful to have crossed paths with you. Till our next session!!! 😊
- Maria
I feel that my struggles were seen, including the heaviness and pains I have to go through alone.
Thank you very much for the reading, cleansing and providing notes. I’m glad to have gotten this session with you.
To be honest, I didn’t really know what to expect as I’ve never even had my chakra read before. Although I am familiar with what each chakra represents… and reading your notes I’m not sure why I felt so emotional I wanted to cry..
So thank you so much. I felt the support and genuinely wanting to help me ❤️

The 12 Precepts I live by
-
Growth begins with awareness, and awareness is a practice that deepens throughout your life.
You cannot intentionally change what you do not first understand. Growth begins with seeing yourself clearly, through both your strengths and your blind spots, your light and your shadow. But awareness is not an all-or-nothing destination. You do not need to become perfectly self-aware before you can build a meaningful life. If that were true, no one would ever begin.
Every chapter of your life reveals a new layer of yourself. Experiences, relationships, successes, and setbacks all become mirrors that invite you to see what you couldn't see before. As your perspective expands, so does your capacity to choose differently.
Transformation doesn't happen because you finally "figure yourself out." It starts when you're willing to notice, reflect, adjust, and keep moving. You don't have to wait until you're completely healed, fully enlightened, or entirely self-aware to start living intentionally. Start where you are. Let action deepen your awareness, and let awareness refine your actions.
-
While life shapes you, you always have the power to shape who you become and what path to take.
Life will shape you; your upbringing, experiences, relationships, and circumstances all leave their mark. While you can't always choose what happens to you, you can choose what you carry forward. Rather than spending your life trying to uncover a perfectly authentic self beneath years of conditioning, focus on becoming the conscious creator of who you are and how you live.
Empowerment begins when you take ownership of your choices while accepting what you cannot control. You don't get to rewrite the past, but you do get to decide which beliefs to keep, which patterns to release, and which values will guide your future. Every conscious choice becomes a puzzle piece in the person you're becoming. Your life is not defined solely by what happened to you, but by the meaning you create, the actions you take, and the person you choose to become.
-
The way you think, believe, and see yourself shapes the people, opportunities, and experiences you welcome into your life.
The way you see yourself shapes what you pursue, what you tolerate, what you avoid, and how you respond to life's challenges. While you can't control everything that happens around you, your inner landscape often influences the experiences you create and the opportunities, relationships, and environments you allow into your life.
This is why inner work matters. Sometimes we believe we value ourselves, yet the people we consistently allow into our lives may tell a different story. If we repeatedly tolerate disrespect, attract unhealthy dynamics, or settle for less than what aligns with our values, it's an invitation to look inward—not with self-blame, but with curiosity. Our outer world can reveal the beliefs and patterns operating beneath the surface.
Lasting transformation happens when inner work is paired with conscious action. As you strengthen your identity, challenge limiting beliefs, and practice healthier choices, your external life begins to reflect those internal shifts. You start to attract the right people and opportunities in your life. Change your inner world, and your outer world begins to follow.
-
When you no longer chase worth, you become free to pursue growth.
You don't become worthy by achieving more or knowing more. It's something you already possess simply by being. Your worth isn't determined by your successes, your failures, or anyone else's opinion of you. Growth is not a requirement for your value; rather, it is a choice to expand the potential that already exists within you.
Instead of striving to prove that you are enough, you begin growing because you are curious about who you can become and the impact you can create. You grow not to prove your worth, but to more fully express it. Learning, adapting, and evolving are natural expressions of being alive.
Just as a tree continues to grow without questioning whether it deserves to exist, you are meant to keep expanding because growth is part of your nature. Grow because you value yourself, not because you're trying to earn your value.
-
The healthiest transformation is motivated by love, not by self-rejection.
Self-love and self-compassion are often mistaken for simply being kind or lenient with ourselves. But genuine self-love doesn't keep us small or excuse us from growth. This pursuit isn't driven by shame, fear, or the need to prove our worth. It's rooted in care for the person we're becoming.
Loving yourself means knowing when to challenge yourself and when to give yourself grace. It means seeking people, environments, and experiences that encourage you to grow while recognizing that growth cannot be sustained through constant pressure alone. Rest, play, and recovery are not rewards you earn after working hard enough, they are essential parts of a healthy, meaningful life.
A simple example is the way we approach our bodies. Many of us believe we must first become fit, lean, or muscular before we can finally love what we see in the mirror. We rely on strict discipline, yet beneath that drive, there can be a sense of self-rejection.
The trick is to love and appreciate our bodies first, and to be thankful for this vessel that helps us experience the greatness of life.
When you genuinely value your body, taking care of it becomes a natural decision. You nourish it with foods that support its health. You move it through exercise because it deserves to be strong, energized, and capable. You prioritize sleep, rest, and recovery because your body isn't a machine. Eventually, your ideal body becomes the natural byproduct of consistently caring for yourself from a place of love and respect instead of self-loathing.

Curiosity is one of the most powerful character traits you can cultivate because it keeps you open to growth, understanding, and possibility.
It shifts your perspective from needing to have all the answers to being willing to ask better questions. Instead of reacting from assumption, fear, or certainty, curiosity invites you to pause, observe, and explore what you may not yet understand.
Approaching life with curiosity changes the way you experience almost everything. When faced with challenges, it transforms "I can't do this" into "How can I do this?"
Curiosity also becomes the foundation of self-discovery as you explore your thoughts, emotions, values, and patterns with honesty rather than judgment. It deepens your relationships, broadens your perspective, and fuels your desire to learn about the world around you.
In many ways, curiosity is one of the purest expressions of what it means to be human. It is the innate force that drives us to learn, connect, create, and continually become more than we were yesterday.

Life's greatest lessons often arrive disguised as setbacks, failures, and discomfort.
Every mistake, setback, and disappointment has the potential to reveal something about yourself: a belief to question, a pattern to outgrow, a skill to develop, or a perspective to expand. While not every hardship has a clear reason or lesson, every experience offers an opportunity to respond with greater awareness.
Instead of asking, "Why is this happening to me?" try asking, "What is this experience inviting me to understand?" This doesn't minimize pain or suggest that every challenge exists for a predetermined purpose. Rather, it reminds you that growth often begins with curiosity.
When you approach life's difficulties with a willingness to learn and evolve instead of simply endure, even your setbacks can become stepping stones toward greater wisdom, resilience, and self-understanding. Every challenge becomes meaningful when you choose to learn from it.
-
Life isn't about choosing one extreme over another, it's about learning to hold seemingly opposite truths together.
Strength and softness. Desire and surrender. Logic and intuition. Light and shadow.
These aren't contradictions to resolve but complementary forces to balance. Many of life's greatest lessons aren't about discovering which side is right, but about recognizing that both can be true at the same time. Wholeness comes from knowing when to embody each one and allowing them to coexist.
You can be deeply ambitious while remaining at peace with uncertainty. You can be kind without abandoning your boundaries. You can trust your intuition while using discernment. You can embrace your light while acknowledging your shadow.
Resisting one side often creates imbalance, while integrating both leads to greater wisdom, resilience, and compassion. Life becomes simpler when you stop looking for either-or answers, embrace both-and thinking, and learn when each approach is needed.
-
Surrendering isn't about giving everything up, it's about loosening your grip.
Many people mistake surrender for giving up on what they want. But surrender doesn't ask you to stop desiring, it asks you to release the belief that your peace, identity, or worth depends on a specific outcome.
Attachment is born from desperation and control. It says, "I must have this to be okay." It tightens its grip, tries to force the timeline, and fears what will happen if things don't go as planned.
Desire, on the other hand, can exist without attachment. It says, "I would love to create this, and I'll pursue it wholeheartedly, while knowing my worth doesn't depend on the outcome." It inspires action without demanding certainty. It allows you to dream boldly, work intentionally, and remain open to possibilities you may not have imagined.
You are free to pursue your desires because your worth is never dependent on them.
-
A meaningful life is shaped more by your intentions than by your ability to control circumstances.
When we apply trust and surrender in our lives, we release control and desperation. How does that work with the idea of living an intentional life?
The key is to understand this:
Control is trying to dictate the outcome. It asks, "How do I make this happen exactly the way I want?"
Intention is choosing the direction. It asks, "Who do I want to be, and what is the next aligned step I can take?"
You set a clear direction, make thoughtful decisions, and take consistent action, but you don't waste your energy trying to force every opportunity, person, or outcome to fit your plan.
When you move with trust and intention, you're not relinquishing responsibility. You're relinquishing the illusion that you can orchestrate every detail. You still make plans, set goals, develop skills, have difficult conversations, and take consistent action. But you hold those plans with an open hand, allowing room for detours, unexpected opportunities, and outcomes that may ultimately serve you better than the ones you imagined.
It helps to distinguish between commitment and attachment. You are committed to your values, your vision, and your effort. You are not attached to one specific timeline, method, or outcome. Embrace your journey with purpose and remain open to possibilities that transcend your current vision.
-
The more deeply you nurture yourself, the more freely and sustainably you can love others.
You've probably heard the saying, "You can't pour from an empty cup." It's a powerful reminder that we cannot continually give to others while neglecting our own needs. Rest, boundaries, and self-care are essential. They protect us from burnout, resentment, and losing ourselves in the process of caring for others.
But there's another truth that complements it. As we grow, we begin to realize that love isn't something we possess in limited supply, it's something we learn to embody and express.
Whether you see it as the love of God, the abundance of the Universe, or the innate capacity of the human spirit, we can become vessels through which that love flows. The goal, then, isn't to give until we're empty, nor is it to constantly protect ourselves from everyone around us. It's to cultivate an inner life so rooted, balanced, healthy, and abundant that giving becomes a natural expression of who we are.
This doesn't mean becoming endlessly available or allowing others to take advantage of you. Boundaries ensure that your generosity is sustainable, your compassion is discerning, and your energy is directed where it can truly make a difference.
The healthiest people aren't those who never give, nor those who give everything away. They are those who continually replenish themselves while allowing love to flow through them with intention.

Transformation is never finished because every chapter prepares you for the next.
Think of life as a book series with multiple volumes, and each book represents a different season of your life. One book may be about learning to set boundaries. Another may explore healing your identity wounds.
Although each book has its own theme, they're all interconnected. You'll notice familiar lessons and old patterns weaving their way into new chapters, inviting you to meet them with a deeper level of awareness than before.
Within every book are chapters that show us how far along you are in the process of learning and integrating the lesson in that book. You may reach the final chapters of Book 3 feeling like you've come so far, only to begin Book 4 at Chapter 1. But you're not starting from square one. You're simply stepping into the next volume of your life, carrying forward everything you've learned while opening yourself to a new level of growth.
Every new beginning isn't a reset, it's an expansion into an upgraded version of your story.
